Carol R. Sabia
As Vice President of Staff Retention & Development, Carol Sabia is responsible for the retention of staff and for the identification and development of leadership and technical talent.
Carol has initiated and implemented programs involving succession planning, leadership and technical development, retention, mentoring, quality of life, and diversity. During her 15-year career at BBN, Carol has also held a number of operational positions, including Learning Systems Department Manager, Professional Services Director of Operations, and the Logistics Department Operations Manager. Prior to joining BBN, Carol worked at Honeywell, where she was the Manufacturing Plant Manager at the Electro-Optics Division. Carol holds an Ed. M. from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from Boston College, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut.
