Jim O'Connor
As Executive Vice President, Jim O'Connor oversees two BBN business units, with staff in BBN's Arlington, VA; Cambridge, MA; Columbia, MD; and Middletown, RI offices.
During his 33 years at BBN, Jim has mastered nearly every part of BBN's business and has excelled at aligning technical and programmatic efforts with strategic business goals. His experience includes starting and managing BBN's Decision and Security Technologies department and serving as Deputy Director of the Maritime Systems and Technologies department in BBN's Washington office.
Jim earned a B.S., Physics at the University of Scranton and an M.S. in Ocean Engineering at MIT.
